From the moment you contact Bartle Hall Hotel until the morning after your Reception, I can assure you that our dedicated team will be on hand for any questions or advice concerning your special day.
Over the next few pages of our site you should find all the information you need. However, I do recommend that you visit our hotel to be able to fully appreciate our excellent facilities and first class service.
Our Wedding Package includes a tastefully decorated complimentary four poster suite with Champagne to round off a perfect day. We realise however, that your wedding day has to be as you would wish and our specially trained staff will be delighted to discuss any special requirements that you have.
Civil Weddings/Partnerships at Bartle Hall
Since August 1995, we have become fully licensed to hold civil weddings in our Garden Room, which holds a maximum of 40 guests, The Windsor Suite, which accomodates 90 guests, our Parklands Room which is set in the hotel grounds (only available in the summer). We have obtained a license for our Balmoral Suite which holds up to 100 guests.
To avail yourself of this facility you need to follow a few simple steps:
1. Call our Reception to check that we are available for your Wedding Ceremony
2. Contact your Registrar's Office to provisionally book a Registrar to perform your Ceremony .
3. Let our Reception know that you have booked the Registrar and give the Hotel a rough idea of how many guests you expect. We will then provisionally book this for you.
4. Pay the Registrar directly for their services.
5. Final details will be taken a few months before your Wedding, at which time our wedding co-ordinator will run through all the arrangements for your special day.
6. Turn up on the day and enjoy it!!!

In choosing Bartle Hall Country Hotel for your Wedding Reception, you will be assured of the finest service and facilities available.
Civil Wedding and Civil Partnership
£600.00 for Wedding only at the Hotel.
£320.00 for Wedding Ceremony or Civil Partnership with reception in the Windsor suite, Balmoral Suite or Garden Room.
£500.00 for the use of the Parklands Room followed by a reception in The Windsor or Garden Suites. (Unfortunately The Balmoral Suite is not available for this service)
