Kidderton Ash Goats Cheese An outstanding goats cheese handmade at Butler’s Ravens Oak Dairy, Kidderton Ash is log shaped and features a delicate creamy flavour. Sprinkled with charcoal ash prior to maturing, a fabulous visual effect can be appreciated when the cheese is sliced. The contrast of textures can be enjoyed from the soft white coat, the firmer charcoal ash layer and then the soft luscious goats cheese in the centre. The velvety texture of the cheese when young becomes creamier as it matures.

Blacksticks Blue A unique soft blue veined cheese, handmade only by Butlers at Inglewhite Dairy in rural Lancashire. With a distinctive amber hue, Blacksticks Blue reveals a delicious creamy smooth yet tangy taste. Adding perfect colour to any cheese selection, this very special soft blue cheese is one of a kind - an upbeat British classic that is truly different to other blue cheeses.

Mrs Kirkhams Lancashire A rich, hard pressed full fat traditional crumbly style Lancashire with a very individual character. The cheese is handmade from the raw milk of their own 100 strong, Holstein Freisian cows on Beesley Farm. The finished cheese is clothbound and buttered and allowed to fully mature. Recognised as one of the best Lancashire cheeses on the market.
